The experience behind the work

The experience behind Montani Dynamics covers fifteen years of technical and operational work, including time on the shop floor in manufacturing environments. The gap between how a system is configured and how the work is actually done is where most of the real problems sit, and seeing both sides changes how they get solved.

The engagements behind that experience include ERP implementations, reporting and analytics infrastructure, automation that removed thousands of hours of manual work, and project leadership for manufacturers, distributors and service businesses in both enterprise and mid-market environments.

A lot of the job is translation. Leadership describes what it needs, that has to become requirements a vendor can quote and build against, and the result has to come back as a decision in plain terms. Montani Dynamics is headquartered in West Virginia and works with clients nationally.

Montani Dynamics was founded in West Virginia and shaped by the values this region has always stood for: honest work, real accountability, and a standard of craft that does not cut corners. Those values travel into every engagement, for every client, regardless of where they operate.

Montani is the first word of the West Virginia state motto, Montani Semper Liberi. Mountaineers are always free. Dynamics is the science of forces that create motion and momentum. Together, the name carries both where we come from and what we do: put the right force behind work that needs to move.

We take the time to understand how your business actually works, including the people, the processes, and the reasons behind both, before we say anything about where it could go. We listen before we lead. And we are here for the long run.
