Successful initiatives depend on data, processes, people, and infrastructure being ready, so the review identifies the gaps that would undermine the work and what to do about them before you start. Where compliance requirements are involved, Montani helps interpret what is being asked and prepares the organization for readiness, with formal audits and certification remaining with your designated assessors.
